Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) does not allow glasses in visa photos under any circumstances — even with a medical certificate. If you normally wear glasses, you'll need to remove them for this photo specifically.

Online applications have their own pixel and file-size rules.
For IRCC's online portal, your digital photo must be a JPEG with a 2:3 portrait aspect ratio, between 1200x1800 and 3000x4500 pixels, and 200KB to 5MB in size.
