A Single Number, Not a Range
34.5mm, where most countries give 32-36mm.
Almost every 35x45mm country publishes a head height as a band — typically 32-36mm — which gives you 4mm of tolerance. Uzbekistan's passport guidance instead gives a single figure: 34.5mm from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin.
Practically, 34.5mm sits in the upper part of the usual band, close to the 36mm ICAO ceiling. So if you crop by habit to the middle of a 32-36mm range, you will land around 34mm and be fine — but if you crop conservatively small, at 32mm, you are further from the published figure than you might think.
This tool targets the 32-36mm band with 34.5mm inside it. Aim high in that band rather than low.
