Für Schengen-Visa ist ein absolut neutraler Gesichtsausdruck vorgeschrieben. Sie dürfen nicht lächeln, und der Mund muss geschlossen bleiben. Schauen Sie mit beiden Augen direkt in die Kamera. Selbst ein leichtes Lächeln verändert die Gesichtszüge und macht das Foto biometrisch untauglich.

Der Kopf muss gerade gehalten werden und darf nicht geneigt sein. Das Gesicht muss zentriert sein und 70-80% der Bildhöhe (32-36 mm) einnehmen. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Haare die Augen oder Augenbrauen verdecken.

Beleuchtung & Hintergrund

Keine Schatten, keine Muster.

Der Hintergrund muss einfarbig und hell sein. Laut EU-Vorschriften ist ein hellgrauer Hintergrund (ca. 18% Grau) ideal, da er einen guten Kontrast zum Gesicht und zu den Haaren bietet. Muster oder Gegenstände im Hintergrund sind verboten.

Die Beleuchtung muss gleichmäßig sein, um Schatten im Gesicht oder auf dem Hintergrund zu vermeiden. Vermeiden Sie Überbelichtung (zu helle Stellen) und Rote-Augen-Effekte durch den Blitz.

Kleidung & Accessoires

Kontrastreiche Kleidung wählen.
